Who we are

inkspotts creative is woman-owned design agency opened in Oxford, Pennsylvania in 2000 by Neeley Spotts, a freelance graphic designer, illustrator, and fine artist. We now proudly serve a diverse family of clients from California to Switzerland and all doodling occurs in our North East, Maryland studio.
